With extensive experience as an independent coach and trainer, I support leaders, teams, and organizations in navigating complexity and unlocking their potential.

To me, leadership means “the way I take action.”

As a coach, I offer a safe base for change - where new perspectives emerge, and meaningful options for action open up. My aim is to help people strengthen their performance while cultivating a more content and connected life.

My strength as a coach isn’t that I’ve sat in every leader’s seat - it’s that I know how to hold the space they rarely get: one for deep reflection, recalibration, and real growth. That distance, paired with rigorous training and clarity in my role, is what makes the difference.

I believe authenticity and emotionality are core capacities in leadership - not extras. This belief shapes how I work: grounded in presence, guided by integrity, and supported by somatic approaches that treat the nervous system as a gateway to resilience and self-leadership.

Coaching, to me, is not about giving advice - it’s about creating the kind of space where insight can unfold and lasting change becomes possible.

Building on the ICC, the ACG deepens the work with groups and teams: understanding, holding, and harnessing group dynamics. Here I learned to coach teams not as a collection of individuals, but as living systems with a dynamic of their own.

Individual Coach/Mentor Accreditation (EIA): Senior Practitioner, EMCC Global
The EIA is among the most rigorous international quality standards for coaches. The Senior Practitioner level confirms extensive practical experience, ethical competence, and continuous professional development.

Coaching for Leadership: Psychodynamic Approaches, Tavistock Institute
For almost 80 years, the Tavistock Institute has shaped systemic-psychodynamic thinking in organizational development. From there I bring the ability to look beneath the surface - at the unconscious dynamics that often shape leadership and collaboration more powerfully than any structure.

INSEAD Coaching Certificate (ICC), INSEAD Business School
The ICC combines academic rigor with deep self-reflection. It shaped my conviction that effective coaching begins with one's own person - and that leadership development must always be understood within its system.

Studied at one of Germany's leading business faculties, with a focus on organizational psychology, sociology, and ethics. The foundation for understanding organizations both analytically and humanly.
